Wanting a Sublet

Hello, my name is Brodie (they/them) and I am currently in my second year of animal biology. I also work at the ovc on call for emergencies and am looking for a quick commute. I am very quiet, neat, and studious. I do come with one cat, Hendricks, who is a very well-behaved shorthair male. He is extremely social and part of the blood donor program at the ovc.
