I am a 1st year male student studying Sociology and Marketing. I am looking to fill an apartment at Chancellors. Preferred roommates would be sports-oriented and social. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, common lounge area, and laundry facilities. The rent is $825 (plus utilities) and the lease runs from May 1st 2023 to April 30th 2024.
