Offering a Room

I currently am a group of 5 girls and we are looking for a 6th roomate. We have a showing today at 6:20 so if you are interested you are welcome to come! My name is Ty and all of us are going into our third year. We are clean and respectful but also love going out quite a bit. I will let you know that we do drink/party quite a bit but nothing crazy and pretty much just weekend. The price for the house would be $700 a month plus utilities. We would ideally want to sign right away if we like the house since finding a good and reasonably priced house rn is so hard. Let me know if you are interested!
