Offering a Sublet

I'm offering my room to a female uofg student from May 1st - August 31st! This is in one of the townhouses! A bit about the place:- rent is $620 & utilities are negotiable!- room will be furnished- 3 bedroom 1 bath- in unit laundry- 15 min walk to campus w bus routes across the road - smoke free & pet free*also if you have a friend who is looking to sublet too, my roommate is also subletting her room for the same amount of time!*text me if you would have questions or would like some pics of the place!
