Offering a Sublet

I am currently looking for a female (preferably a student) to sublet a room in a 3 bedroom 2 storey unit. One room is already occupied by a second year female student, who will be doing Co op over the summer. She’s tidy, quiet, studious, and the sweetest person you’ll ever meet. It would be $775 per month plus the utilities that would be split between all 3 occupants. The sublet would begin May 1st 2023 and would ideally end August 31st 2023.
