Hello! My 2 friends and I (all girls) are in first year looking for a 4th roommate for next year. The lease is from May 2021-April 2022. We have a great 4 bed 2 bath corner unit at chancellors way and it’s $625 a month (utilities not included). 2 of us are in animal biology and 1 in political science.
