We are two female U of G students (currently in 3rd and 2nd year) with one bedroom available in a 3-bedroom apartment at Edinburgh Village starting in May 2026. We are looking for a clean and respectful roommate to join us - female is preferred, but we would consider a male. The bedroom is large with a spacious closet.

Rent is $925/month, utilities not included (roughly $100/month). There is in-unit laundry, a full kitchen, large living/dining space, plus one shared bathroom.

Very convenient location. The walk to campus is approximately 10-20 minutes. Walmart, Metro and Williams are virtually in our backyard, with Stoneroad Mall just across the street.
