Purpose: Offering a Sublet

I am offering a lease takeover starting as early as January 1st 2026 for a room in a 3 bedroom apartment (female students only). The 2 other roommates are very quiet, studious girls. The building is a 5 minute walk to groceries, as well as the mall, and a 15 minute walk from campus. Rent is $900 per month before utilities.
