We’re three girls going into our third year at the University of Guelph, looking for a fourth roommate to join us for the 2027–2028 school year!

A little about us! We’re two Psych students and one Commerce student, with two of us from Aurora and one from Oakville! We’re super social, outgoing, and love having fun, but we also take our academics seriously. We love going out, having girls' nights, and hanging out together. We’re all about having a good balance between school and our social lives!

Hi! I'm looking for someone to sublet my room (fully furnished) while I'm away next semester from Jan to April.

The rent is $1100 a month plus utilities (but can negotiate). There are 4 beds 2 baths so you would be sharing the bathroom with only one person and get the bigger bathroom! Looking for a female student to sublet my room at 225 Chancellors Way (Edinburgh Village), available November 1, 2026 until April 30, 2027. Rent is $900 a month, no up charge, plus utilities split 4 ways, which come to about $50 to $60 a month. Free parking included.

The apartment is on the second floor and is a very spacious 4 bedroom unit. Every bedroom has its own door and lock. There are two washrooms, so you only share with one roommate, and the washroom is big with a double sink and a bathtub with shower. Full kitchen, plus an open concept living and dining room with two big windows that make the whole space really bright.
