I am an 19-year-old female student who will be starting at the University of Guelph this upcoming semester. I am currently looking for a room to stay in and would be very interested in discussing the possibility of renting from you.
I am responsible, respectful, and committed to maintaining a clean and quiet living environment. My studies will be my main focus, and I believe I would make a reliable and considerate tenant.
