Hi everyone!

We are looking for a female undergrad or grad student to sign a lease from May 2026 – April 2027 at 220 Chancellors Way.

Rent is $925/month + utilities during the school year (Sept-Apr) and $185/month + utilities in the summer (May–Aug).

The unit is a 5 bed / 2 bath apartment with in-suite laundry, spacious and furnished kitchen and living room, and an unfurnished bedroom. Parking is available.

Great central location—walking distance to groceries (3 min), the mall (5 min), bus stops (5 min), and campus (10 min).

You would be living with 4 upper-year/grad girls who are studious, social, and clean! We are very welcoming and love to do things together like chill nights in or the occasional group nights out, while still respecting everyone’s schedules and preferences.
