Being a corner unit, the space gets great natural light and feels very open. We are all responsible, academically focused students looking for someone who respects a clean living environment and a quiet study atmosphere.

Rent: $1100/month + utilities.

Lease: 1 year (May 1st, 2026 – April 30th, 2027).
