I’m looking for a female renter to sublet my place at Chancellor’s from May 1 to August 31 for $900/month — and I’m definitely open to negotiating the price. It’s a clean, move-in-ready 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment that’s about a 15-minute walk to campus, with the mall and grocery stores within 5 minutes, including Walmart and Metro. The bedroom is fully furnished, and the living room and dining area are furnished as well, plus the unit has an in-suite washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Utilities are not included.
