Hey everyone! we have a room available in our 4-bed, 1-bath house on Chancellors Way and we are looking for a preferably female, clean and sociable roommate to join us ??

About us:
The three of us (two guys and one girl) are pretty relaxed. We focus on school throughout the week but like to go out and stay busy on weekends. We like to keep the common areas tidy and are looking for someone who shares the same mindset. As a group, we all like different things (hiking, birding, rock climbing, going to the gym, video games, bingo, thrifting, baking and cooking), and we can be easily peer-pressured into trying new things!
