Offering a Room

Hi I’m Sabrina, my roommates and I are looking for one more roommate starting the coming school year. We are 4 girls from 3rd-4th year in various programs, who are studious on weekdays but like to have fun on weekends :)
Here are the details of our place:
    ?    5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen, living room +washer/dryer, spacious corner unit
    ?    Unfurnished bedroom
    ?    Located at chancellors way, Edinburgh village, right next to Walmart plaza+ stone road mall, walking distance to Campus
    ?    $875 + utilities (util. around $90/month)
    ?    Lease term is May 1st- Apr 30th (can resign)
*girls only, no pets pls!
