Looking for subtenant (preferably female) to take over my lease at Chancellors Way starting January, 2026 as I am leaving for a co-op term. I live in a clean, 4-bedroom (all-girl) apartment on the fourth floor. We have a large living space with kitchen and laundry included. My co-op is year-long so there is an option to stay up to one-year or more, the duration of the lease is negotiable. My rent is 925/month + utilities, however I would be willing to negotiate slightly for subtenants.
