Room for rent in three bedroom apartment at 245 Chancellors Way from May 1st 2025 - April 30th 2026.
Rent is $925 plus utilities (~$80 a month).
You would be living with two grad students, one female and one male. We are pretty chill, not partiers but we occasionally host game nights etc. We highly value our peace and quiet, but small gatherings are all good. We keep the place pretty clean, so would appreciate someone on the same page.
There is one bathroom (with 2 sinks), in unit laundry, and a dishwasher. We have one free parking space per unit. It is a 15 minute walk to campus and very close to Walmart, Metro, and Stone Road Mall. Our unit has it's own entrance.
Ideally looking for an upper year undergrad or grad student.
