Offering a Sublet

Looking for a sublet to fill a bedroom for the Fall 2025 semester (September, October, November, December).

Located at 230 Chancellors Way
A direct 10 minute walk to the University of Guelph and across from Stone Road Mall.

Rent is $900 per month + utilities (Gas, Hydro, Internet, Water Heater). Utilities vary based on month and are shared; average around ~$90/month per person.

The apartment is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom. The two other rooms are being occupied by 2 female University of Guelph students going into their 4th year. They are both extremely responsible, respectful and studious.

Room and accommodations:
- A daybed that can be pulled out to become a double (mattress included if interested; bedding can also be added if requested)
- A big, comfy chair, perfect for studying and reading
- Book shelf
- Large desk with whiteboard
- Desk chair
- Walk-in closet
- Parking

I would prefer a FEMALE University of Guelph student, non-smoker, no pets.
