We are looking for another roommate to join 2 guys in our 3 bedroom apartment in building 240! We are upper year students and have a friendly cat so you must okay with pets around the house. The common areas are fully furnished and we have kitchen appliances already here. Washer and dryer are both within the unit itself so laundry is convenient.

Rent is $875/month + Utilities
The lease is from May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027 with possibility of renewal. Summer subletting is allowed if you won't be around during the summer.
