We are 3 males looking for a 4th person to join our lease for May 1st, 2025- April 30th, 2026. The rent is $1050/Month (Utilities not included).

We will be living in building 220 Chansellor's Way (building E) in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. Free parking is included, along with in-unit laundry.

The Apartment is a convenient 5–15 minute walk to the UofG campus, Walmart, Metro, and Stone Road mall. Multiple bus stops are nearby.

We are all 2nd and 3rd year BSc students who are social, outgoing, and responsible regarding keeping our space tidy and comfortable. We all take pride in our academics and will respect each other's privacy regarding our study habits.
