Hi! We're two female Computer Science students going into our second year, and we're looking for a third person to join our lease as soon as possible starting May 1st, 2025 until April 30th, 2026. Rent is $1050 a month, utilities not included. The apartment is in Edinburgh Village on Chancellor's Way. The address is 220 Chancellor's Way (building E). It's bright, clean, and conveniently situated within a 5-15 minute walk to U of G, Walmart, Metro, various fast food restaurants, and Stone Road Mall. Major bus routes are also easily accessible. Free parking is included, and there's in-unit laundry.

We're looking for a responsible, tidy, and kind roommate that's a U of G student and ideally non-male.
