I’m in a three bedroom townhouse-style apartment and am looking for two female, upper year roommates to sign the May 2026 lease with me (for the Fall 2026 to Winter 2027 school year). Rent is $875 per month, utilities not included.

I’m a grad student so am looking for roommates who want a quiet space to focus on their studies. I also am supposed to graduate around August or September 2026, so someone else will be replacing me for the remainder of the lease.
