I am looking for a female to take over my lease for 2026 (starting May) in a 3 bed-1 bath apartment at Chancellors! Rent is $900/month + utilities ($70 ish/month). The two current tenants are female students in the first year and one recent post grad who work/study hard but love to go out, watch movies, and have fun as a house. Looking for someone similar! We have a very cute cat living with us! Parking is available and the bedroom will not be furnished.
