Looking for a female student to sublet my room at 225 Chancellors Way (Edinburgh Village), available November 1, 2026 until April 30, 2027. Rent is $900 a month, no up charge, plus utilities split 4 ways, which come to about $50 to $60 a month. Free parking included.

The apartment is on the second floor and is a very spacious 4 bedroom unit. Every bedroom has its own door and lock. There are two washrooms, so you only share with one roommate, and the washroom is big with a double sink and a bathtub with shower. Full kitchen, plus an open concept living and dining room with two big windows that make the whole space really bright.
