Hey! My name is Jennifer, and I’ll be subletting my space for the months of May - August 2025 (Summer ’25). The sublease location is at 225 Chancellors Way, near many essential shops and bus stops and within walking distance of the University of Guelph campus. The apartment available is a three-bedroom space, with the living room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room being shared. *IF INTERESTED, MY TWO OTHER ROOMMATES ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR SUBLEASERS THIS SUMMER ’25*. In the space that I am offering, basic furniture pieces will be provided during the agreement time. Items left behind will include a bed with a mattress, a 6-drawer dresser, a desk, a mini fridge, and some blackout curtains. In the living area, items left behind will include a dining set, a couch, a coffee table and a TV. The rent will be $625/monthly + bills (water and electricity, water heating, internet). Although 3 subleases are being offered, there is the potential of you being the only subleaser - with that being said, utilities will be divided fairly and will be negotiated before agreement.
